The Zede Academy Partner Commission Program ("the Program") is designed to incentivize qualified educators and selected student leaders to promote our premium preparation packages. Our goal is to expand the reach of our educational resources while rewarding our partners with direct cash commissions.

By applying or participating, you agree to comply strictly with the terms outlined herein. Zede Academy reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility and block payments to any participant who violates these terms.

To protect the integrity of Zede Academy and ensure a trustworthy environment for students, participation in the commission program is restricted to the following verified roles:

• Core Teachers (7% Rate): Eligibility is limited to verified professional educators who teach core subjects (specifically English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Studies, and Mathematics) included inside the Zede Academy curriculum. General subject teachers must receive explicit written approval from Zede Admins.
• Student Leaders (5% Rate): Eligibility is strictly limited to verified Class Representatives (Monitors) or school Student Presidents. General student registrations are not permitted to earn commission.
• Mandatory Application Orientation: To act as an official Zede Academy Partner, invitors are strictly required to first download and install the Zede Academy mobile app, explore its curriculum features, and fully understand our online Chapa payment method. This ensures that you can confidently support and guide the students you invite.
• Complimentary Access Voucher: To facilitate a hands-on understanding of the platform, Zede Academy is happy to provide verified applicant invitors with a complimentary premium voucher code, unlocking full, free access to all core grade materials and platform features.

Commissions are generated solely upon valid, successful cash checkouts initiated via your unique partner referral link or code:

• Paid Activations Only: Commission is only earned when a referred student completes a paid package activation verified securely via our Chapa payment gateway.
• Exclusion of Vouchers: Free promo trials, complimentary activations, or school voucher code redemptions do not trigger commission. Only paid cash activations are valid.
• Role-Based Commission: Commission payouts are calculated as 7% of the total cash value for verified Core Teachers and 5% for verified Student Leaders.

Zede Academy enforces a zero-tolerance policy against referral fraud. We have implemented cryptographic device-matching and anti-abuse safeguards:

• Self-Referral Prohibition: You cannot refer yourself. If the referred student's device identifier matches the referrer's device identifier, the referral matching is blocked instantly by our security filters, and no commission will accumulate.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Creating multiple fake student accounts or using automated click farms to inflate sign-ups will result in immediate disqualification and permanent termination of your partner account.
• Forfeiture of Earnings: Any commission generated through deceptive or fraudulent practices will be immediately voided and forfeited.

All payout requests are processed manually by our administrative team to ensure compliance and security:

• Balance Verification: Partners can securely check their accumulated partner balance on the official Zede Academy website.
• Payment Channels: Payouts are made directly to your verified Telebirr account or Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) bank account.
• Processing Timeline: Once a withdrawal request is checked and verified, funds are settled manually by our team within 24 to 48 hours.

Zede Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (or any specific partner's participation) at any time:

We reserve the right to modify commission rates (7% vs 5%), package pricing, or withdrawal thresholds upon publishing updates to our site. Zede Academy reserves the right to terminate any inviter account immediately and without notice for violating our core community trust or for participating in fraudulent marketing practices.
